Opening and Service Hours

Thursdays and Sundays at 6:45 pm

Queue numbers are issued on a first-come, first-served basis from 5:30 pm.
Spiritual consultations will be available until 9:40 pm. After this time, only spiritual passes (passes) will be offered, regardless of your queue number or arrival time.

We offer pre-booking of appointment slots starting at 8 PM the day before the session (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Reservations remain open until noon on the day of the session (Thursdays and Sundays).
Pre-booking does not guarantee your ticket, so the number is not issued at the time of the request. To guarantee your service, it is necessary to arrive at the venue by 6 PM and check in, that is, inform them of your arrival within a respectful time before the start of the session.
Please note: only 40% of the tickets are available for pre-booking. The remaining tickets continue to be distributed in person, on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you do not arrive by 6 PM to confirm your attendance, your ticket will be made available to another person.

Please switch off your mobile phone or put it on silent mode.
Speak quietly and maintain a respectful, positive and spiritually focused attitude.
Please do not wear dark-coloured or low-cut clothing.
Please watch the electronic display for your queue number to be called.

Remove your shoes, bracelets, watches, hats, and jackets before entering the consultation room.
For better service, you will not be allowed to choose your medium; let the spiritual realm choose what is best for you. You will be called in numerical order.
Only in pre-scheduled cases, or where we have been informed in a previous consultation that a specific medium is needed, will a change of medium be authorized.
You will not be allowed to consult with more than one medium on the same day. If necessary, the medium will inform us.

Children and teenagers (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a responsible adult, over 18 years old, at all times.
The minor's appointment will be conducted in the presence of their guardian; and if there is only one guardian, they must accompany the minor to the appointment. The minor is not permitted to be unaccompanied during the appointment while the guardian is being seen.
The guardian accompanied by a minor must complete a form acknowledging their understanding of the Child Protection Agreement at the TUEG (Temporary Guardianship Unit), before entering the assistance area.
Consultations with minors will not be permitted during left-hand rituals, even with a guardian present. Exceptions will only be communicated by the Pai de Santo (spiritual leader).
